Service Description

​Our process follows international HVAC standards to ensure the longevity of your compressor, especially for Inverter models.

• ​Leak Identification:
  • ​Visual Inspection: Checking for oil traces on copper joints (a sign of refrigerant escape).
  • ​Soap Bubble Test: For accessible flare nuts and service valves.
  • ​Nitrogen Pressure Testing: If the leak is internal, we use high-pressure Nitrogen to pinpoint punctures in the evaporator (Indoor) or condenser (Outdoor) coils.

• ​The Repair:
  • ​Brazing/Welding: Expert copper welding to seal punctured coils or U-bends.
  • ​Nut & Flare Replacement: Replacing worn-out brass nuts that often cause "slow leaks" over several months.

• ​System Preparation & Charging:
  • ​Vacuuming: Using a specialized vacuum pump to remove all air and moisture from the lines (crucial to prevent compressor sludge).
  • ​Refrigerant Recharge: Filling the exact weight of R22, R32, or R410A as per the manufacturer’s specification.

• ​Inspection: A visit fee applies (waived if you proceed with the repair).

• ​Repair + Gas: Pricing depends on the AC capacity (1 Ton to 5 Ton) and the type of gas required.
