Service Provider Responsibility: If any damage occurs to the AC unit during the service due to the technician’s negligence (e.g., breaking a component while dismantling), the service provider is responsible for repairing or restoring it to its previous state.
Pre-existing Issues: Damage coverage does not apply to pre-existing problems, old/brittle plastic parts that break during standard handling, or internal circuit (PCB) failures due to existing wear and tear.
Reporting: Any damage must be reported immediately our customer support 01880088999 or via our official platform before the technician leaves the premises to be eligible for a claim.
